Please help the Pentucket Education Foundation celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week by giving the gift of one dozen chocolate covered strawberries to as many teachers and administrators as possible! A donation of $25 will ensure that the teacher of your choice receives a dozen chocolate covered berries! Gift boxes will be delivered to schools on Friday, May 6th.

If you would like to honor multiple teachers please write all teacher names and schools on the line provided. A $25 donation is suggested per teacher to cover the cost of the gift.
